What Is The Exterior Heel Counter?
Updated by Tyrol Support
The exterior heel counter gives the player rear foot stability. Working in conjunction with the TPU shank it gives the shoe torsion control which helps prevent ankle turnover. The shoes are designed to give lateral stability to the player. The heel counter also helps lock the foot in place, preventing heel slippage which can cause friction and blisters.
