How Are The Shoes Manufactured?

Tyrol Support Updated by Tyrol Support

Tyrol shoes are manufactured in third-party-owned manufacturing facilities. We engage in factories that have Code of Conduct protocol and that are regularly audited to ensure they are maintained. As these are third-party facilities, only authorized personnel are allowed to actually tour facilities. These factories use to cut and sew, and molding processes to produce the shoe uppers. They are then lasted to a foot form and are then cemented to the combination of midsole/shank/outsole which is produced in a separate area in the factory. Each process has Quality Control inspectors and then the process moves to a finishing area where laces are added, the insole is inserted, hangtags applied and the product is then wrapped in tissue and boxed for shipment.
